How quickly we reply
We aim to reply to most messages within a few days. Privacy-related requests are handled within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Missed a bin collection?
WhenBin is independent and not affiliated with any council, so we're not able to action a missed collection or change a council's schedule. If your bin wasn't collected, please report it directly to your local council via gov.uk's complain about your council page.
